David Marshall along with Tim Dosch and Tom Dosch is a Principal and co-founder of Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE) a commercial real estate brokerage company based in Houston, Texas. David focuses on the overall strategy and client development for DMRE and leads the Seller Representative team with Tim Dosch, sourcing and selling land tracts across Houston and in select cities across the State of Texas. Since 2012, David has participated in over $1 billion in land transactions from urban redevelopment to suburban land sales for all buyer and seller types.

David co-founded 100X Harvest with Tim Dosch and Tom Dosch in 2018. Together they are passionate about helping others in their local community, nationally, and globally by investing in strategic projects with best in class ministries. Getting others excited about projects by creating a community of givers that is mission minded and aimed at making a significant impact is a passion of the founders. David is a member at Chapelwood United Methodist Church where he currently sits on the Chapelwood Foundation Investment Committee and Chapelwood Connect Core Committee. He is also the co-founder of ADAMS Association, a non-profit to help raise money and awareness for Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Multiple Sclerosis research. David and his wife Donna are actively involved with several ministries and organizations locally and globally.

David earned his BBA in Finance from Baylor University and is a licensed real estate broker.

David and his wife, Donna, live in Houston and have three children where they attend Chapelwood United Methodist Church.
